We’re seeking a Part-Time Sales Representative to help grow our janitorial service business by connecting with local companies and offering customized cleaning solutions.
This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys the satisfaction of closing deals. You’ll receive base pay plus commission, along with support and training to set you up for success.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect local businesses and identify new sales opportunities
- Schedule and attend walk-throughs with potential clients
- Present our janitorial services professionally and clearly
- Follow up on leads consistently
- Track your outreach, appointments, and pipeline activity weekly
- Represent our company in a friendly and professional manner
Compensation Structure
🟨 Introductory Phase – First 3 Months
- $20/hour base pay

Commission paid as follows:

$50 per hot lead — when a customer agrees to a walkthrough and receives a proposal

50% of the first month’s contract value — when a customer signs a service agreement

Focus: Build your pipeline, gain product knowledge, and start earning through both base pay and performance
🟩 Ongoing Compensation – After 3 Months
- $18/hour base pay
- Same commission structure continues
This structure reflects our focus on performance-driven growth. As your pipeline matures, commissions offer substantial earnings potential beyond base pay.
Ideal Candidate
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Friendly, persuasive, and confident speaking with business owners
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable transportation required
- Experience in janitorial, facility services, or B2B sales is a plus
