About the Role:
As a Restoration Supervisor at Restoration 1 of Huntington Beach, you will lead a dedicated team in providing top-notch restoration services to our clients. Join us in making a difference in people's lives by restoring their homes and businesses after unexpected disasters.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of restoration projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Manage and train team members on restoration techniques and safety protocols.
- Conduct site assessments to determine scope of work and develop action plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and contractors.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all projects.
- Prepare and submit project documentation and reports as required.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration or construction management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- IICRC certification in water damage restoration is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
