- Manage job costing in office CRM and QuickBooks.
- Oversee daily franchise financial operations.
- Maintain accounting, computer, and financial records with CPA support.
- Build rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and team.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist team members.
- Collect information, monitor business operations, and detect issues.
- Prepare monthly books, post payroll, manage AP, and reconcile QuickBooks transactions.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety and insurance requirements.
- Strong QuickBooks, AR, AP, and job costing skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends if needed.
