We’re currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting / HR / Office Assistant to help support our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support:
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks 
  • Perform data entry and maintain financial records
  • Help reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Support payroll processing and time tracking
  • Assist with month-end reporting and other accounting tasks
HR Support:
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and job postings
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee communication
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Office Administration:

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and company events
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accounting, HR, or office administration (1–3 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and basic office software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
