Our company, a leading parent organization that owns and operates multiple franchise locations across North America, seeks a Content Marketing Manager to join our robust Marketing and Brand Team.

The Content Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing the brand’s digital presence, with a strong focus on strategic content development, brand consistency, and enhancing online reputation. This role ensures that all content efforts—both national and local—are aligned, impactful, and support the overall growth of the business.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Aid in developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, and paid media, to support national and local brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and distribution of high-quality, relevant content
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create and repurpose content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the Paul Davis voice and brand standards
  • Support franchise offices by providing localized content resources and content strategy guidance
  • Provide training and support on content tools, systems, and best practices to franchisees
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using key metrics to inform future strategy and optimizations
  • Manage the creation and onboarding of digital content assets for new offices, including social media pages and website content
  • Support the Online Review management strategy by producing helpful content to encourage customer reviews and reputation building
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with both franchisor and franchisee teams on campaign planning, execution, and performance feedback
  • Participate in weekly goal setting and performance reviews with your direct supervisor
  • Build meaningful relationships across the Paul Davis franchise network and vendor partners
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly team calls and strategy sessions
  • Support and participate in the annual Paul Davis Conference, including event content planning and onsite support
  • Live true to the Paul Davis Vision, Mission, Values, 10 Serving Basics, and Brand Promise
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Competency - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional copywriting and editing experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing strategy and execution across multiple platforms
  • Familiarity with modern CMS and online platforms (e.g., WordPress, Rallio, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong ethics and integrity in building personal relationships with everyone you meet
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Customer service, administration, and organizational skills 
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus
  • Proficiency with AI tools like Mid-Journey or ChatGPT, or any other AI image and video generators, is a significant plus.

Required Education & Experience:
  • College Degree or equivalent
  • One+ year content marketing experience
 Preferred Education & Experience:
  • College Degree in marketing or other business field
  • 1-3 years of experience within the restoration industry or a related industry 
Physical Requirement
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 75% of the time 
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, storage areas, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with franchisees over the phone and face to face
  • Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents 
  • Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone 
  • Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs.
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle  
Work Environment
The employee will be working remotely in their home office and will be exposed to normal conditions of air conditioning and heat.  Most work will be conducted over email, video conferencing, and telephone.  The employee must have access to a stable internet connection when working out of the office.  The employee must use the provided VPN technology to securely connect remotely. The successful person must be productive with minimal supervision.

Travel
The employee will be required to travel to a few events a year, including conferences and team meetings, averaging 25%, and will be exposed to outdoor temperatures during travel.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
