- Manage and schedule restoration projects involving water, fire, and mold damage.
- Supervise field crews, assign jobs, and ensure technicians are properly equipped and trained.
- Monitor job progress, documentation, compliance, and quality control.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, adjusters, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure adherence to IICRC, OSHA, and company standards.
- Track job costing, equipment usage, materials, and timelines using industry software such as Xactimate.
- Order supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure readiness for emergency response.
- 3+ years of experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation/restoration.
- IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, AMRT a plus).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Xactimate, MICA, and similar platforms.
- Prior experience managing crews or field teams.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating processes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
