We're looking for an Client Intake & Sales Coordinator with a strong sales personality, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others during critical times.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming client inquiries

  • Effectively qualify and assess leads to determine service needs

  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client transitions

  • Track, follow up, and optimize intake and conversion strategies

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold client communication standards

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Customer service or sales experience required (industry experience highly preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven

  • Able to learn quickly and collaborate well with others

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
