What You’ll Do:

Be the first voice our clients hear—empathetic, professional, and focused on solutions
Qualify and convert leads with speed and care
Guide potential clients into our sales pipeline with strong follow-through
Collaborate with estimators and operations to ensure smooth transitions
Suggest process improvements to drive better performance
Log client interactions accurately in our CRM

What We’re Looking For:

A natural closer with strong people skills
Previous experience in sales or intake/customer service (restoration industry a plus!)
Organized, flexible, and driven to exceed expectations
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
