Lead the People and Work That Bring Properties Back to Life
United Services by Permaco, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for residential and commercial restoration, reconstruction, and renovation projects. You will:
- turn approved estimates and project plans into organized, high-quality field execution;
- coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, schedules, safety, documentation, and workmanship;
- keep the Project Management Team informed of progress and changing field conditions.

What Success Looks Like ~ A successful Superintendent:
- keeps jobsites safe, organized, productive, and professionally managed;
- gives employees and subcontractors clear direction, always showing respect;
- completes work according to scope, schedule, code, and quality expectations;
- identifies scope changes, risks, delays, and material needs in a timely manner;
- maintains dependable documentation and progress photographs; and
- creates satisfied customers and profitable projects.

- Project Superintendent
- Field Supervisor
- Construction Manager
- Restoration Manager
- Reconstruction Manager
- Remodeling Superintendent
- Lead Carpenter or Construction Foreman
Strong candidates will also bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading construction crews, tradespeople, or subcontractors.
- Working knowledge of residential or commercial construction methods, materials, building systems, and project sequencing.
- Ability to read and understand scopes of work, estimates, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Experience coordinating labor, subcontractors, inspections, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt when project conditions change.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Understanding of jobsite safety practices and applicable construction requirements.
- Comfort using mobile technology, project-management systems, CRM platforms, and job-documentation tools.
- Restoration, insurance-repair, or Xactimate experience is helpful.
- Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record to be able to operate company-owned vehicles
