Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 base (DOE) + commission
Reports To: Commercial Sales Manager

- Develop new commercial business relationships and expand existing accounts within your assigned territory
- Educate clients on SERVPRO’s restoration and construction capabilities, showcasing our full range of emergency and capital project solutions
- Complete and present Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) for key accounts, establishing preparedness plans for potential disaster events
- Identify and cultivate a "Target 25" – your top 25 priority accounts for long-term strategic development
- Deliver one-on-one presentations with centers of influence (COIs) and key stakeholders to drive referrals and brand loyalty
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and continuing education courses
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience—experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries strongly preferred
- A hunter mentality with a strategic approach to account development and long-term relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with commercial property management, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and/or multifamily verticals is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills; self-starter who thrives independently and on a team
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working with CRM systems and reporting metrics
- Local market knowledge of Northern Colorado or the Greater Denver area is highly desirable
