Restoration Project Manager

Are you experienced in restoration and ready to take your career to the next level? At SERVPRO of Cypress, Texas, we’re looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Restoration Project Manager to join our team and lead excellently.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and manage property restoration projects (water, fire, mold, etc.)
Lead your team and subcontractors to deliver exceptional service
Create accurate project scopes using industry software (Xactimate™)
Ensure high-quality work, clear communication, and top-tier customer satisfaction
Coordinate timelines, resources, and expenses efficiently
Maintain detailed project documentation and billing records
Represent SERVPRO professionally with clients, insurance reps, and vendors
Respond to urgent customer needs quickly and effectively

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of restoration industry experience (required)
1+ years of management or supervisory experience
IICRC certification (required)
Xactimate experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs with help)
Comfortable with ladders, confined spaces, heat, and variable environments
Able to work on your feet or behind the wheel for extended hours
Available for rotating on-call and weekend shifts
Travel locally (company vehicle provided)
