SERVPRO of Fort Walton Beach is seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This full-service restoration and construction company provides exceptional customer service while ensuring projects are executed efficiently. In this role, you will assist with customer service duties, manage Xactanalysis and other platform updates, and support project coordination across various stages. You will also be responsible for ensuring program compliance per project, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project success.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, project updates, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist with Xactanalysis and ensure that platform updates are accurate and timely.
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and documentation for effective project management.
- Ensure program compliance for each project, ensuring all work adheres to relevant guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with field teams, project managers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor and update project files and status in relevant software platforms.
- Assist in the creation and submission of project documentation, estimates, and invoicing.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project progress.
- Provide administrative support for various aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Prior experience in project coordination, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency with Xactanalysis and other related software platforms.

Prior experience with Xactimate and property insurance is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Experience with program compliance, ensuring all project guidelines are followed, is highly desired.
- Prior experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus but not required.
- Positive, results-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
