Restoration Crew Technician – $20–$26/hr + Benefits
Paul Davis is a growing restoration company seeking a reliable and professional Contents/Pack-Out Technician to join our team. This is steady, year-round work helping families and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, or storm damage.

What You’ll Do:
- Professionally pack, inventory, and transport contents from residential and commercial properties
- Handle items with care during fire, water, mold, or trauma restoration projects
- Document and track items using organized systems
- Safely operate box trucks (no CDL required)
- Work directly with homeowners during stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with warehouse organization, vault storage, and content return
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, and work in changing indoor/outdoor environment
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled conditions when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Prior packing, moving, restoration, or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and professional
- Willingness to work occasional extended hours when needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–$26 per hour DOE
