- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor restoration and contents teams, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for restoration and contents management.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.
- Organization and documentation: Create and maintaining a strong accurate product around Sorting, and recording costumer belongings.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Readiness: Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
- Team involvement: Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
- Tidiness: Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
- Customer facing: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
- OSHA-10
- IICRC certifications - WRT, FST, ASD
- Xactimate proficiency
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in contents management and restoration project oversight.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Pass a level 2 background check
