- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess damage and determine restoration needs.
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for water, fire, mold, and reconstruction removal and restoration projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure accurate scope of work.
- Utilize software tools for estimating and project management.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the estimation process.
- Review and analyze project specifications and requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in restoration.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior estimators as needed.
- Proven experience as an estimator in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of water damage restoration processes and standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional certifications in restoration are a plus.

The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
