BISON Restoration Services is seeking an Emergency Response Sales Representative who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building relationships, and is relentless in closing deals. This is a high-impact, six-figure opportunity for a driven individual who can balance empathy with assertiveness to assist property owners in their time of need. Perfect for a previous fire chief who knows the workings of an active fire scene.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Rapid Response: Monitor public dispatch channels and fire department alerts to arrive promptly at fire, smoke, and flood damage scenes.
  • Customer Outreach: Engage affected property owners with compassion and confidence, guiding them through their restoration options.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with fire departments, the Red Cross, insurance agents, and other first responders to generate leads and referrals.
  • Sales & Closing: Communicate the value of BISON Restoration Services’ services persuasively and secure contracts on-site whenever possible.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Attend community events, host informational sessions, and establish BISON Restoration Services as the go-to restoration provider.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure continued support to clients throughout the restoration process.
  • Independence & Availability: Work independently in the field, responding to emergency calls at any time—nights, weekends, or holidays.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Sales-Driven Mentality: A closer with a proven track record in sales, restoration, insurance, emergency response, or related fields.
  • Empathetic but Assertive: Someone who can approach victims with genuine concern while confidently leading them toward necessary solutions.
  • Proactive Go-Getter: You don't wait for opportunities—you create them by forging partnerships and finding new business avenues.
  • Ability to Handle Pressure: Comfortable working in high-stress environments, dealing with emotional property owners, and acting as a calming presence.
  • Networking & Relationship Skills: Experience working with fire departments, first responders, insurance professionals, or similar networks is a major plus.
  • Firefighting or First Responder Background: Highly desirable but not required.
  • Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver’s License (as this is a field-based role requiring frequent travel).
