Disaster Reconstruction Services, a subsidiary of SERVPRO of Montrose/Telluride is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this rote, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and have keen customer service skills. If you fit the profile described below, we would love to hear from you.

1. Answers incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
2. Prepares and distribute internal communications and documentation as needed.
3. Manages scheduling and office activities as needed.
4. Updates and maintains databases and spreadsheets.
6. Data entry and reconciliation of accounts payables and receivables.
5. Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a construction-related office setting
- Experience working in QuickBooks
