We are looking for a Business Development Representative focused on commercial restoration services. In this role, you'll build relationships with businesses, facility managers, and key decision-makers—connecting them with expert solutions before and after disaster strikes. You’ll be a vital part of expanding our commercial reach and strengthening our brand presence in the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients (property managers, engineers, facility directors, etc.)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and lead generation
- Educate clients via Lunch & Learns, presentations, and Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs)
- Represent SERVPRO at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver top-tier service
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000/year

Commission Structure:
• 5% on new commercial mitigation jobs
• 3% on repeat mitigation jobs from new clients (within 12 months)
• 2% on jobs from existing commercial clients
• 1% on commercial reconstruction

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in restoration or commercial services)
- Strong communicator with relationship-building and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized
- Comfortable networking and presenting to business professionals
- Willing to learn the restoration industry (training provided)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Year one focuses on relationship-building and establishing your presence
- Clear monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ongoing marketing support, check-ins, and development
