About the Role:
Paul Davis Restoration of Baton Rouge is seeking a highly motivated, results driven commercial sales rep to join our team. This role focuses primarily on selling to facilities, hospitals, and aggressively prospecting for new opportunities. The ideal candidate will target facilities and hospitals in our franchise territory selling restoration services.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients in the Baton Rouge area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restoration and mitigation industry.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and provide tailored restoration solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to enhance visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
