 What does a Reconstruction Manager with Paul Davis do:

  • Oversee the Reconstruction department and stand as the direct report for the Project Managers, Project Coordinator, and Tradesmen.
  • Monitors customer/homeowner experience on a day-to-day basis throughout the entirety of job. 
  • Ensure that all QA/Warranty work is completed as it arises.
  • Assist with Project Managers with any challenges they may face. 
  • Professionally handle all concerns and complaints in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure jobs are started promptly and all parties remain informed of status. 
  • Review and validate job site documentation, including expense tracking. 
  • Oversees schedules to include monitoring status and carrier SLA compliance.
  • Review all jobs files before closing. 
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed. 
  • Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 

Basic Requirements (Qualifications):

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a relevant role (Management)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Insurance/restoration industry experience 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • High level communicator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Must be a strategic thinker, adaptable, and have a strong sense of immediacy.

Hours:

  • A typical shift for this position is 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
Requires willingness and ability to participate actively in rotating on-call shifts; operating in a dispatch and data entry role, when necessary. 
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
