Paul Davis is a growing restoration company and looking for an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician who can run jobs confidently, communicate with adjusters, and lead crews in the field.

What We’re Looking For

IICRC WRT required (ASD/FSRT preferred)
2+ years mitigation experience
Experience running water/mold jobs independently
Comfortable communicating with homeowners & adjusters
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Ability to work on-call rotation
Tech-savvy and comfortable with job documentation software

What You’ll Do

Lead residential and commercial mitigation projects (water, mold, fire)
Perform moisture mapping and determine dry-down strategy
Document jobs accurately in RMS and provide 24-hour reports
Communicate with adjusters and facilitate approvals
Schedule vendors (plumbers, roofers, testing, dumpsters)
Maintain organized equipment and truck
Mentor and lead technicians on job sites
Participate in on-call rotation

Compensation: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
