- Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold cleanup in homes and businesses
- Perform demolition, debris removal, and deep cleaning
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)
- Pack out, clean, and help organize customer belongings
- Report issues or concerns to the Lead Tech or Crew Chief
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Lift and carry up to 70 lbs regularly
- Stand, squat, crawl, and move in tight spaces
- Work in a variety of environments (damaged homes, hot/cold temps)
- Must be able to wear a respirator when required (tight face seal needed)
- Paid training – no experience required
