- Identify and Establish Relationships: Identify and reach out to potential trade partners and referral sources, including plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, and public adjusters.
- Nurture and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with trade partners and referral sources, ensuring consistent and reliable communication.
- Promote Services: Educate potential and existing partners about our restoration services, highlighting our professionalism, certification, and the benefits of referring clients to us.
- Return Work to Partners: Ensure that work is returned to trade partners from our customers, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.
- Customer Respect and Professionalism: Guarantee that all mutual customers are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, enhancing our reputation and trust with trade partners.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Networking and Outreach: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and establish new relationships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, relationship development, and market insights to the management team.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the restoration or a related industry.
- Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on relationship-based sales approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of trade partners and referral sources.
- In-depth understanding of the restoration industry and its various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with trade partners and referral sources.

Compensation:
- Base salary paid bi-weekly,
- Commission calculated and paid monthly, and
- Incentive bonus structure based on targets achieved quarterly and annually.
