- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media updates and customer follow-ups
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding and employee record-keeping
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and efficient
- Previous administrative or office assistant experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience in a service-based industry is a plus
