Job Summary:
We are seeking a Contents Technician to assist in the inventory, packing, cleaning, and restoration of personal belongings affected by fire, water, mold, or other disasters. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers during difficult times.
Responsibilities:
- Carefully pack and inventory personal property and contents for transport and restoration.
- Use specialized cleaning techniques to restore items affected by fire, water, and mold damage.
- Operate ultrasonic and other specialized cleaning equipment.
- Document items, conditions, and restoration progress using company software.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their belongings.
- Assist in moving and storing customer belongings in a climate-controlled warehouse.
- Work closely with the restoration and mitigation teams to ensure a smooth process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in contents restoration, moving, packing, or cleaning is a plus.
- Ability to drive a box truck.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including water-damaged or smoke-affected properties.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensación: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
