Water Restoration Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in restoring properties affected by water damage, fire, and mold. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work with various tools, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers. - Perform water damage restoration services, including extraction and drying of affected areas.
- Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe and effective removal.
- Execute fire restoration tasks, helping to restore properties after fire damage.
- Utilize both power tools and hand tools for cleaning and restoration purposes.
- Perform scheduled cleaning services including carpet, tile, and air duct cleaning.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and quality service.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites to ensure personal and team safety.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with water damage restoration processes is highly desirable.
- Experience with mold remediation practices is beneficial.
- Ability to effectively use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
