Job Description:
Rainbow Restoration of Greenville, SC, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Punch-Out Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the final stages of our restoration and construction projects meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, painting, drywall touch-ups, and carpentry to complete restoration projects.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance and ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
Address and resolve minor repairs or discrepancies identified during the project walkthrough.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure punch-list items are completed on time.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company and OSHA safety protocols.
Assist with project closeouts by ensuring all work areas are cleaned and prepared for handover to the client.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction or a related field, with a focus on finishing and punch-out tasks.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair skills are required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments, including outdoors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in restoration or remodeling projects.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints or project plans.
