1. **Facilitate Communication through Email and Telephone Correspondence**:  
   Actively manage and streamline communication channels by responding to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. Ensure that all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner, and maintain a clear and organized system for tracking correspondence to enhance efficiency and follow-up.

2. **Serve as the Initial Point of Contact for Customer Service Inquiries**:  
   Act as the first line of support for customers by addressing their questions, concerns, and requests. Provide accurate information and solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience. Develop a rapport with clients to foster trust and encourage ongoing engagement with the company.

3. **Coordinate Meetings, Travel Arrangements, and Accommodations**:  
   Organize and schedule meetings, including setting agendas, booking venues, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance. Manage travel logistics by researching and booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while considering budget constraints and preferences. Ensure that all arrangements are communicated clearly to the involved parties.

4. **Oversee Contact Databases and Manage the Calendars of Executives**:  
   Maintain and update contact databases to ensure accurate and accessible information for all stakeholders. Manage the calendars of executives by scheduling appointments, prioritizing engagements, and resolving any scheduling conflicts. Ensure that executives are well-prepared for meetings and aware of their commitments.

5. **Develop and Assess Customer Spreadsheets while Maintaining Online Documentation**:  
   Create and manage detailed spreadsheets to track customer interactions, feedback, and sales data. Regularly assess and analyze this information to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure that all online documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members.

6. **Perform Market Research and Present Findings**:  
   Conduct thorough market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyze the data collected and prepare comprehensive reports that summarize findings. Present these insights to relevant stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making and enhance business operations.

7. **Prepare and Deliver Presentations**:  
   Design and create engaging presentations that effectively communicate key information and insights to various audiences. Utilize visual aids and data visualization techniques to enhance understanding. Deliver presentations confidently, ensuring clarity and engagement from the audience.

8. **Assist Staff with Their Administrative Inquiries**:  
   Provide support to team members by addressing their administrative questions and concerns. Offer guidance on company policies, procedures, and tools, ensuring that staff have the resources they need to perform their roles

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
