Job Title: Loss Coordinator
Reports To: Compliance Officer
Serves: Property Owners, Property Managers, Insurance Adjusters, Internal Team Members

Position Overview:
The Loss Coordinator is responsible for the first recorded customer experience that our customer will have with our Company and is responsible for providing excellent customer service that promotes a positive brand image. The Loss Coordinator is responsible for gathering all information pertaining to a new project and accurately entering that information into our Project Management and Estimating software. The Loss Coordinator is also responsible for data integrity, the timely execution of initial compliance tasks, and delivery of reports to appropriate parties.

Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly accept incoming assignments and service requests.
- Effectively deliver new project/loss details to VP of Project Management an assigned Project Manager.
- Follow up on and enter/assign additional job divisions in real time.
- Improve data integrity by ensuring all required fields in RMS are properly filled out.
- Send ProAssist link and deliver Project Management Team introduction letter/email to customer.
- Complete ‘Customer Contacted’ compliance task and ensure ‘Site Inspected’ compliance task is completed.
- Assist with the completion of the 24-Hour Report and upload to RMS.
- Post initial public notes as required by program work and private notes per Company standards.
- Create estimating ‘shells’ in respective estimating software programs.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner and with a high degree of urgency.
- Alert Project Management Team & Owner’s to potential risks according to the Company’s Risk Management Plan.
- Support Company’s reporting initiatives utilizing Power B.I. and continually improving data analytics.
- Deliver reports to respective Team members with appropriate cadence.
- Assume Project Coordinator duties from time to time as needed.
- Assist with obtaining 5-star Google reviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and insurable motor vehicle record
- Proficient software skills using Windows, Office, and web browsers, able to learn new apps and software quickly
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or related field
- Experience in insurance claims and/or construction
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to consistently type, use a mouse, and look at a screen for extended periods.
- Stand and sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry moderate loads
