Paul Davis is seeking a Sales Estimator to work alongside our Business Development Team, which helps support our company-wide mission of providing professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes.   The Sales Estimator will leverage their industry experience and knowledge to sell proposals to the client, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.  This role involves working closely with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and contractors to provide timely and detailed cost estimates, deliver exceptional customer service, and close restoration project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
·         Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and estimation process, clearly communicating project plans, costs and timelines to clients.
·         Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on customers’ needs and interests.
·         Communicate company safety program to customers at the inception of sale by inspecting job sites to identify any safety concerns.
·         Create accurate and competitive estimates using Xactimate, Symbility, and other industry software.
ensuring alignment with insurance program guidelines and service level agreements.
·         Demonstrate accurate estimating and program compliance.
·         Submit complete and accurate estimates within 24 hours of job completion.
·         Identify prospective customers and consistently generate and follow up on leads
·         Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
·         Meets or exceeds outlined sales goals, close rates, departmental GPM’s, follow-up calls requirements, etc. 
 
Secondary Responsibilities:
·         Attend job kickoffs and scope reviews where applicable.
·         Understand the market that you serve, monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
·         Collaborating with various team leads to ensure thorough communication of expectations are being delivered and met.
·         Partner with branch personnel to gather on-site details and supporting documentation.
·         Advocate or fair compensation through effective negotiations with adjusters and auditors.
·         Follow Contexture job handoff procedures with 100% accuracy.
·         Review of all pertinent contract and submittal sections for 100% accuracy.
·         Escalate all sales-related issues within 24 hours.
 
Qualifications:
•        3+ years’ experience with customer-facing sales (Face to Face, phone & email).
•        3+ years’ industry experience in emergency services, contents, full-service restoration.
•        3+ years of estimate writing experience in software such as Xactimate and Symbility
•        2+ years’ of construction experience-construction documents & related processes
•        Required and demonstrated ability to learn the product quickly.
•        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
•        Demonstrates ability to work independently, with high attention to detail.
•        Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction documents.
•        Excellent written and verbal communication.
•        Exceptional Negotiation/ Budget Skills.
•        Certifications: Xactimate & IICRC desired but not required with appropriate experience 
 
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
•        Full time, 40+ hour work week with some evening and weekend requirements as needed
  • Flexible to work in various indoor and outdoor weather, both in-office and onsite. 
  • Use of personal protective equipment when required.
  • Standing, walking, occasional bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
