Daily Tasks:
- Restoration Expertise: Stay updated on mitigation best practices (water, fire, contents, etc.). Train and mentor Restoration Supervisors, and ensure their accountability.
- Estimating: Conduct estimate appointments for non-emergency jobs using DocuSketch and DBMX.
- Project Setup: Review job scopes with Restoration Supervisors and coordinate staffing with the Intake Coordinator.
- Job Oversight: Monitor progress through daily updates, site visits, and regular communication with customers, adjusters, and vendors. Resolve issues, optimize labor and equipment use, and maximize gross profit.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely job file updates, coach Supervisors on documentation, and review audit emails.
- Dashboard Monitoring: Use custom dashboards to track job status, address issues, and maintain timeliness.
- Reconstruction Opportunities: Identify potential reconstruction jobs during the first day of mitigation services.
- Daily Meetings: Discuss job progress, timelines, and documentation needs in Work-In-Process meetings.
- Organization & Technology: Stay organized, follow standard operating processes, and master necessary applications.
- Scorecard Review: Monitor Mitigation Production Management Scorecard to track performance metrics (documentation, process compliance, customer service).
- One-on-One Meetings: Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Supervisors and direct leaders for coaching, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Team Meetings: Attend and actively participate in bi-weekly team discussions.
- Coverage: Step in to cover for peers when required.
- Storm Work: MUST be available to travel to perform job functions outside of SERVPRO Team Wall service area
- Additional Tasks: Complete assignments from management and participate in special projects.
- Training: Lead employee training, track skill development, and attend professional development sessions.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews for direct reports
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
