Mitigation Service Expert (MSE) – Lead Emergency Response with Purpose and Precision

Are you experienced in mitigation work and ready to take the lead in high-impact emergency situations? Rick-N-Ball Restoration + Construction, Inc., a veteran-owned and independently operated restoration company based in Huntsville, AL, is hiring a Mitigation Service Expert (MSE) to be the frontline responder for customers experiencing water, mold, fire, or storm damage emergencies.

We serve Madison and Limestone Counties and are known for our customer-first approach and full-service restoration—no TPA work, just real advocacy for our clients.

What You’ll Do

Respond swiftly to mitigation calls during the week and after-hours emergency mitigation calls on a rotating 1 week on/1 week off schedule
Be the on-site expert—scope the job, secure the contract, and get to work
Oversee structural drying and mitigation efforts according to IICRC standards
Use your leadership skills to direct field techs, manage equipment, and ensure 5-star service
Maintain clear, professional communication with homeowners, property managers, and insurance stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of mitigation experience
WRT IICRC Certification (minimum requirement)
Strong written/verbal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Self-motivated with solid time-management skills
Experience with Xactimate is a major plus

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
