Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assessing and documenting property damage.
  • Support water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification processes.
  • Aid in fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning and deodorization.
  • Participate in mold remediation procedures following industry standards.
  • Operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools under supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all projects.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
