The Construction Project Coordinator will work as a liaison with SERVPRO of Worcester customers to identify construction project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. Who you are:

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
  • Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
  • Review and validate job site documentation
  • Work closely with the Construction Project Manager to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
  • Participate in the on-call rotation regarding after hours phone calls in order to dispatch crews for emergency coverage. On-call coverage refers to taking phone calls only, the Construction PC will not be dispatched to respond to emergencies on site. Current rotation is approximately once every 8 weeks. The rotation is scheduled each quarter in advance and can change based on the number of trained on-call personnel.
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same time
  • A minimum of three years of administrative, project coordination, or project coordination experience required
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office
Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 annually based on previous Construction Project Management experience.
