Position: Commercial Sales Representative

Reports To: Business Development & Marketing Manager

Paul Davis provides professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.

What does a Commercial Sales Representative with Paul Davis do?

Manage contacts and develop ongoing business relationships with key referral sources such as insurance agents/brokers, insurance adjusters, commercial property owners, first responders, tradespeople, property managers, facility managers, etc., to drive new revenue opportunities for the company

Compensation:

• Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Find & develop revenue opportunities

• Utilize CRM to develop email campaigns, track sales calls, leads & referrals

• Manage & develop exsisting business realtionships

• Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required

• Two or more years’ sales and marketing experience

• Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
