About the Role:
In this critical role, you will tackle real challenges and make a tangible impact every day. The Contents & Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of activities within the warehouse facility including storage of contents. Their responsibilities are centered around efficient and effective management of inventory, storage and overseeing all maintenance on equipment and vehicles.

- Manage equipment and materials.
- Manage ordering and inventory of supplies and chemicals & provide reporting.
- Manage cleanliness of building/grounds.
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Valid driver’s license and reliability for occasional on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background in construction, restoration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
- Strong communication skills, oral and written.
- High School Diploma/GED required, associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Comfortable working in diverse settings, including heights, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions.
- Familiar with warehouse environment.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings and weekends, as needed. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
