We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Leader to lead our corporate Talent operations.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the objectives of our company.
Responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions such as talent management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams in a high-growth and rapidly changing environment
- Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment congruent with the Paul Davis values
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Human Resources and Talent Management Team to deliver results
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Revising and suggesting new HR policies and ensuring all policies are in compliance with industry standards and legislation
- Oversee the development and management of company-wide talent management programs, such as recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning
- Provide strategic guidance on people issues and HR best practices
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with management teams and employees to foster a positive work environment
- Lead employee communication initiatives and handling employee relations issues
- Managing and overseeing benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Ensuring the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts are effective and aligned with company values
- Working closely with legal counsel to mitigate any potential legal risks
- The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload, willing to “roll up your sleeves”
- Solutions focused on an environment that demands deliverables; the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Strong internal and external customer service focus
- Strong understanding of the entire talent system (ROTOR) and each stage of the employee lifecycle to craft integrated solutions at every stage of the process to meet business needs.

- Able to interface at all levels of the organization
- Operates with autonomy, discretion, and confidentiality
- A hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Utilize people analytics and metrics to develop solutions that address gaps or capitalize on opportunities, report metrics to the business on results
- Support organizational resilience by developing the capacity and readiness for growth and change
- Support workforce planning, recruiting, and other initiatives to ensure that the short, medium, and long-term needs of the business are met
- Build trusted relationships

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree
- 10+ years of Talent or HR Business Partner experience
- Three to five years of leadership experience
- Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams
- Experience with hourly employees
- Knowledge of ADP or other HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR best practices
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws about HR
- Knowledge of HR laws pertaining to record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Leadership skills and a high degree of problem-solving ability
- The ability to work under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent priority management skills
- Ability to learn and operate our main HR operating systems: Caliper, HRIS (ADP), Profile Gorilla, Right Signature
