About the Role:

We are seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of Gurnee. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for a motivated individual to oversee and manage reconstruction projects, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage reconstruction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in project management or construction
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
