Qualifications (Requirements):

  • High character with a commitment to honesty and integrity.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and thrives under pressure.
  • Strong relationship builder who enjoys cold calling and networking.
  • Energetic, organized, and skilled at managing a sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable using technology to drive results.
Preferred Experience:

  • Business development or sales experience in the insurance industry, property management, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, social media marketing, and content creation.
Role on the Team:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and property managers.
  • Conduct regular B2B visits, cold calls, and networking to generate leads.
  • Manage a Marketing Activity Planner (MAP) and social media accounts.
  • Organize trade shows and maintain brand standards.
Compensation and Benefits:
