We're a locally operated restoration and construction company serving Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Jonesborough, Elizabethton, and surrounding communities.
We specialize in residential and commercial construction, remodeling, carpentry, and water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration.

🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform framing, drywall, trim, finish carpentry, and general repairs.
- Assist with flooring, cabinetry, remodeling, and reconstruction.
- Complete selective demolition and restoration work.
- Measure, cut, install, and finish construction materials accurately.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
- Work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades.
- Protect customers' property and deliver quality craftsmanship.

🧱 QUALIFICATIONS
- Construction, carpentry, remodeling, or restoration experience preferred.
- Familiarity with framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and basic repairs.
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure and construction tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in crawlspaces, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
