Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. Perform basic accounting duties relating to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and banking. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.  All administrative work is processed and documented accurately and timely. All files and reports are maintained and provided as required. All administrative tasks are completed assigned. A PuroClean project administrator takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collect all field documentation daily
  • Organized documents
  • Review and input timesheets and other documentation into spreadsheets
  • Coordinate resources and complete a weekly inventory
  • Coordinate with subcontractors
  • Organize project data
  • Coordinate with team member base access
 
Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Representing the brand with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
  • Aptitude with handling clients and team members, showing patience, empathy, and clarity of ‘message’
  • Skilled with organization, record keeping and close attention to detail
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Project Administration Software
  • Must be punctual, have a positive demeanor, be a team player, have an enthusiastic work ethic, be flexible, and organized.
  • Must be able to get on military bases: requires a valid drivers license, be able to pass a background check, US Citizenship or Valid Temporary Status.
  • Must have a reliable and presentable vehicle
  • Bi-Lingual preferred Spanish/English
  • Construction Administration experience preferred
 
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
