Are you experienced in construction or restoration project management and ready to take on a leadership role? ServiceMaster TRS is looking for a skilled Reconstruction Project Manager to join our Kingwood, TX team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the construction or restoration industry to manage high-impact rebuild projects, working closely with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, schedule, and execute reconstruction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and under budget.
  • Field Operations: Inspect job sites, manage day-to-day activities, and provide oversight to subcontractors.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating regularly with clients and adjusters to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  • Quality Control: Monitor job sites to ensure safety, adherence to specifications, and high-quality work.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction experience, with at least 2 years in project management (preferably in the restoration or reconstruction industry).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software, strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Certifications: ASD, FSRT, OCT, WRT, or OSHA 10/30 certifications are a plus.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug test.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various physical conditions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and be on-call as needed.
