JOB DESCRIPTION
Understand/Manage the claims flow process – Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents, and other Environmental work.
● Maintain all calendars and schedules
● Enter all new jobs into Workcenter, update information, create folders, and update the team.
● Manage data entry for each claim from the First Notice of Loss through to the completion of the job in Workcenter.
● Perform daily file updates with notes from PM, estimators, customer, and adjuster correspondence in Workcenter, dashboard, and any other 3rd party programs designated by ownership.
● Daily review of compliance tasks, and job status in Workcenter.
● Review job management reports and communicate to the team.
● Understanding of all company cycle times required for each job and phase communicating customer service issues and complaints, and documenting actions and resolution.
● Responsible for providing superior customer service through weekly customer check-ins, keeping updated log notes in WC, following up with customer needs/questions, taking calls, reviewing documents for completeness, and scheduling.
● General administrative work as necessary, including preparing reports and correspondence, reviewing correspondence, copying and filing documents, entering computer data, and preparing spreadsheets, etc.
● Maintains the confidentiality of company, client, and personnel information.
● Interpreting and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
