Responsibilities:

Pack-out customer/client personal property and transport to warehouse for cleaning, deodorization, and storage.
Clean property and re-package to prep for return to customer.
Utilize and iPad to fully document condition of items, and provide customer and their insurance company with photo inventory of their belongings.
Perform general cleaning, fire cleaning, or post construction cleaning to residential and commercial customers properties.
Perform warehouse organization, maintenance, and janitorial duties.
Pick-up/deliver property to third party vendors for processing.
Clean SERVPRO vehicles and equipment on a routine basis.
Conduct property meetings with customers to allow them to view their property onsite and complete Certificate of Satisfaction prior to moving their belongings back to their home.
Dispose of items deemed uncleanable by SERVPRO or customer after release to dispose of property is signed.

Position Requirements:

Detail oriented individual.
Some computer experience preferred.
Driver's License
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Excellent communication.
Cleaning experience preferred.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
