Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in carpentry and finish work (cabinets, doors, trim, drywall patching, etc.)
- Perform and manage punch list completion
- Conduct final walk-throughs and secure sign-offs from customers
- Schedule and supervise subcontractors and material deliveries
- Ensure compliance with project specs, local codes, and company quality standards
- Maintain job documentation and progress reports
- Coordinate inspections and site logistics
- Track and execute change orders
- Support project planning and communicate expectations to the team and vendors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of finish carpentry or related field experience
- Strong working knowledge of tools, materials, and construction techniques
- Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical labor (standing, lifting, using hand tools, climbing ladders)
Work Environment:
- This is a field-based, physically active position
- Frequent driving to job sites
- Work may include exposure to heat, noise, and construction environments
