Key Responsibilities:

· Assess and mitigate water damage in residential and commercial properties.

· Manage jobs

· Operate water extraction, drying, and dehumidification equipment.

· Perform necessary demolition, cleaning, and restoration work.

· Manage jobs and lead a team to ensure timely and effective project completion.

· Work with customers to explain the damage, mitigation steps, and restoration process.

· Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.

· Document work performed and assist with job scoping and estimates.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage restoration.

· IICRC certification in water damage restoration preferred.

· Familiarity with using drying and extraction equipment.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
