Restoration Crew Members respond to emergencies caused by water, fire, and other disasters that damage homes and buildings by using specialized equipment and cleaning products to restore structures back to their original state. Whether you are new or experienced to water and fire restoration, each technician will possess a unique set of skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of restoration procedures and safety protocols.
Paid on-the-job training where you will learn the aspects of biohazards, crime scene clean- up, restoration including water, fire, and smoke damage, mold remediation, room sketches (estimates) using an iPad. Opportunities for career growth after 60-day evaluation!

- Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and carpets.
- Perform water extraction and structural drying.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to restore and clean properties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Communicate with restoration supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills.
- Experience in construction, demolition, drywall, cleaning, and restoration a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma/GED.
- IICRC certifications preferred, but not required. Will help obtain certifications.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics.).
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
