Job Summary: 
As the Restoration Production Manager at ServPro of Wilson County, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of restoration projects and managing our dedicated Production/Restoration crews. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, fostering profit growth, developing management talent, and nurturing staff development. This front-line management position empowers you to lead your team toward operational excellence. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Customer and Client Management: 
    • Manage the overall customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction. 
    • Prioritize responses to potential customers. 
    • Develop project scopes and review estimates. 
    • Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers and clients. 
  • Project Coordination and Oversight: 
    • Schedule crews and allocate resources for active projects. 
    • Coordinate and oversee restoration services with both in-house crews and subcontractors. 
    • Document and review job files to support services provided. 
    • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Financial and Personnel Management: 
    • Manage Production/Restoration expenses. 
    • Oversee equipment and materials (assets). 
    • Ensure adherence to safe work practices and risk management guidelines. 
    • Train and recruit Production/Restoration personnel. 
    • Continuously develop leadership and management skills, as well as restoration expertise. 
  • Additional Duties: 
    • Handle any other tasks required by the employer. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 
  • Industry certifications are highly valued. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations. 
  • At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience. 
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills. 
  • Effective written and oral communication skills. 
  • Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred. 
  
Physical and Work Environment Requirements: 
This management position involves occasional office work, but you will also be out in the field. Expect frequent jobsite visits, which may include: 
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds independently. 
  • Occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance. 
  • Walking and standing for extended periods. 
  • Driving, sitting, and climbing. 

Working Hours and Travel: 
  • Full-time position: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday  
  • Long hours, evenings, and weekends may be required as needed. 
  • Rotating On-Call weekend and nights.
 
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
