Requirements:
- Basic background in construction ( punch list abilities- drywall, painting, carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, crown, baseboards, general remodel)
- Basic knowledge of Florida building codes
- Communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing
- Valid driver's license a clear driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law, including employment verification, drug testing, and driver license verification
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to use a variety of tools including power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs. assisted
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
