About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Reconstruction Finisher to join our team at PuroClean of Waconia. As a leading restoration company in Waconia, MN, we are committed to providing top-notch service to our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to help us achieve that goal.
Responsibilities:
- Performing finish work on reconstruction projects
- Installing trim, baseboards, and other finish carpentry work
- Painting and touch-up work
- Assisting with general construction tasks as needed
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
- Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
Requirements:
- Prior experience in finish carpentry and construction (1+ years)
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Drywall and painting experience preferred but not required
- Flooring experience preferred but not required

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
